Cintas Corp.'s profits edged a fraction of a percentage point higher in its second fiscal quarter as a 7 percent boost in sales was mostly offset by a 6 percent rise in product and service costs, an 11 percent increase in selling and administrative expenses and a higher tax rate. (CTAS)
